By accessing and using dualink.io ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

    • Facilitating illegal activities such as fraud or money laundering
  • You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • You will not transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code

All content, features, and functionality are owned by dualink.io or its content suppliers and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. However, if you are a consumer in the EU or UK, this does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall dualink.io be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation shall not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law in the EU, UK, or US.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or on the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to conflict of laws principles. If you are a consumer in the European Union (EU) or the United Kingdom (UK), you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless prohibited by applicable EU or UK consumer laws, in which case you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. You waive the right to participate in class actions, to the extent permitted by law.

Anti-Abuse Provisions

We may monitor usage for compliance and implement measures like rate limiting to prevent abuse. Repeated violations may result in permanent bans.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless dualink.io, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

User Rights

Right of Withdrawal (EU and UK Users)

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK and the Service involves a distance contract, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, starting from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise this right, inform us via email at legal@dualink.io. If you withdraw, we will reimburse payments received within 14 days, using the same means of payment. You bear the costs of any returns, if applicable.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
